Message from the Board of Directors
The idea of Hekmat Diagnostic and Medical Imaging Center was born from the need for a high-quality Diagnostic and imaging facility in Herat City of Afghanistan in 2018.
The construction of our purpose built 2000 squared meter facility was completed and doors were opened to the public in August 2020. It started off with medical imaging and diagnostic departments, later additions were health checkup and laboratory services.
The center was established with the aim of contributing to the improving and enhancement of the diagnostic services in Afghanistan. Our medical imaging and diagnostic departments perform a vast array of tests and procedures which cannot be performed at other facilities across the countries.
Our aim, was to provide services not currently available and is taken place for the first time in Afghanistan and means that patients no longer have to travel abroad for diagnosis.
Our aim of proving a patient centered model of diagnostic has been achieved through a combination vigorous training of our staff and a high level of international supervision and modern management systems.
Our plan for the future is to stablish advanced diagnostic and medical imaging centers across Afghanistan which will facilitate establishment of multispecialty hospitals and will expand our strong corporate tie up with private and government health centers in the future.
